TGK Series CNN skiving & roller burnishing machine is our company research and development of a new generation of machine. This machine can achieve work-piece skiving & roller burnishing processing
The main features of the machine tool are high processing efficiency, stable performance, intelligent and simple operating system, overall aesthetic, uniform and neat appearance, better protection against oil splash and leakage..
This machine structure is designed for work piece fixation and cutter tools single rotation, machine adopt skiving + roller combination of processing technology, it effective solution to the current hot-rolled steel deep hole after rough processed with deviation, cold-drawn steel tube deep hole after processed the phenomenon of straightness error ,leading solve a major problem of public relations at domestic and abroad deep hole processing. Precision can reach IT7 level - 8 and The surface roughness up to Ra 0.2 0.4 um after fast skiving and roller burnishing , machine processing efficiency is the 10 times for the traditional rough boring, half of fine boring floating boring and roller deep hole and 20 times for the general honing machine.The machine cutter tools is equipped with automatic to expand and shrink contract tool to control plate, mould for Korean start and German type hydraulic return system, machining allowance for the direction of diameter 0.2-8mm can be processed
This machine processing adopt work-piece fixed and cutting tools rotate through the traditional feed system for movement.
TGK machines are equipped with Germany SIEMENS 808 CNC control system, spindle adopt the Ac variable frequency spindle motor drive , step-less speed control, spindle box has adopt high precision bearings and with high precision turning. Feeding box has adopt AC servo motor drive ,bed body made of high quality cast iron, double flat guide rail to ensure the whole machine rigidity and good orientation , surrounded by the protective structure. The machine is equipped with automatic chip conveyor and magnetic separator, paper filter, and fully guarantee the cooling of clean recycling, recycle using , filtration precision can reach 20 um
