This is our manufactured ZK2103-2600 mm CNC Single Axis Deep Hole Drilling Machine, it drilling diameter range φ3mm- φ3mm.  ZK2103-2600 mm Series machine has adopts the mode of external chips removal , by one time continuous drilling can replace once generally need to drill, expansion and ream process can achieve the machining accuracy and surface roughness.This machine adopt a digital control system, not only single-action function also has an automatic cycle function.In order to improve the machining efficiency, this model also equipped with 2 and 4 power head structure, so the machine is suitable for small batch processing and also suitable for mass processing requirements. It’s not only can drill and cutting through hole ,but also can process blind holes and ladder hole, the machine equiped the special tooling can also processing eccentric and inclined oil hole.
